• Hot showers and changing facilities

• FREE use of our sauna

Non Member Casual Visit Price (paying per session): £4 for unlimited use of gym on that visit

If you are using the gym at least twice a week and are committing yourself to a year of training in order to achieve your goals… our memberships are an affordable way to save you money whilst opening the door to health and fitness!

 

PLEASE NOTE:

If for any valid reason you must cancel your membership with us, you MUST notify a member of staff either in person or by telephone so that our administrative procedures can take place whilst preventing further correspondence.

To do so you have to contact your own bank and cancel this standing order as we have no control over payments.
