Our Bootcamp Class is a moderate- high impact workout which gives participants the chance to improve body condition and total fitness levels. The class incorporates cv, plyometric and bodyweight strength training for maximum results.

Welcome to Oasis Health Club
Yoga provides stretching and strengthening to all the major muscles of the body. The class involves performing controlled exercises to improve posture, develop core strength and change your body shape.
Suitable for all abilities and a great addition to any training programme!
Try it every Monday and Thursday 7-8pm
A 45 minute class consisting of the use of circuit exercises and spinning bikes. Exercises within the circuit will challenge all muscle groups and be completed within a certain time limit. Between this station and the next will be a cardio element which includes the use of spin bikes. A great class to burn calories and raise the heart rate.
Starting Tuesday 27th of June 6:00-6:45pm
A non impact resistance class that utilises barbells and adjustable weights. The class combines high repetitive weight training with aerobic conditioning, helping you to lose weight whilst toning and conditioning your body.
It helps build all major muscle groups using proven exercises. Squats, presses, lifts and curls in the gym weight room will rapidly hone your strength and fitness.
Try it every Tuesday 9:30-10:00am
Kick start to the end of your week with this half an hour kettlebell class which tones both the upper and lower body.
This class also includes the use of stability balls to engage the core also strengthen.

Power Station Circuit
This hours class targets your entire body, with stations hitting all major muscle groups. Circuit training is an excellent way to improve your general fitness level, and can be adapted to all abilities from beginner to advanced! Perform exercises with a variety of equipment using resistance bands, skipping ropes, boxing bags, dumbbells and steps to take your fitness to the next level.
